Friends of Beard had another successful fundraiser at Trattoria Porretta’s on Wednesday 5/24/17. Here’s Beard Student Mikey Mole’ accepting the generous donation from Porretta’s owner and friend of Beard John Panvino.

Thanks to Barb Murphy of Josi’s Frozen Yogurt for a great evening. Thank you to all who came out to support Beard School. The kids had a great time playing in an Autism Friendly Location (AFL) and friends and family enjoyed some yummy froyo.

Come join us for Friends of Beard’s final fundraiser of the school year. Mention BEARD when ordering and Josi’s will donate 20% of the total sales (before tax) to Friends of Beard. Josi’s menu includes: frozen yogurt, sorbet, tart, real fruit smoothies, milkshakes and now PIZZA. They also serve gluten free, kosher, dairy free, no sugar added, 3% fat froyo, and no fat froyo. Josi’s is also an Autism Friendly Location (AFL) with a small play area for the kids. Proceeds of fundraiser will go towards purchasing items for next year’s “Meet and Greet” event at school. Remaining money will go towards operating costs of FOB.
